About

EMC³ Consulting works at the intersection of culture, collections, and strategy.

We support municipalities, cultural organizations, and private clients to understand, manage, and activate cultural assets — from heritage sites and public programs to art collections and legacies.

Our work spans cultural and heritage strategy, adaptive reuse, governance and change management, professional appraisals, and leadership development. What connects it all is a focus on turning cultural value into practical, defensible outcomes: socially, economically, and institutionally.

In short, we help clients steward what they already have, and make it work for the future.
