I had the absolute delight of meeting Erin within the first few weeks of my new role as entrepreneur and management consultant, at a small networking event in Edmonton, AB. Ms. McDonald was invited to share her experience and expertise on public speaking with my Leadership students. Part of their credit was to give a 3-5 minute speech and Ms. McDonald gave the students practical tips, a guided worksheet idea, shared personal experience and modeled steps for a successful speech. She was engaging and patient with the students and they all enjoyed the experience. Her impact was definitely seen when the students shared their speeches later in the semester.
