Focused, Collaborative, and Forward-Thinking
Erin, it was a pleasure to work with you regarding the Dr. Woods Museum in Leduc. I appreciate the effort you took to define the scope of work and questions we were looking to answer before the on-site visit. Co-designing the scope of our work in this way allowed us to work efficiently and focus on the right outcomes. You have a clear commitment to accessibility and your proactive stance allows heritage sights to grow into truly public spaces. It was great to work with you and I look forward to the next time!

A Trusted Strategic Partner
I had the absolute delight of meeting Erin within the first few weeks of my new role as entrepreneur and management consultant, at a small networking event in Edmonton, AB. Since then, we’ve had several opportunities to work together on projects supporting public sector arts, historical, and cultural spaces.
In this capacity, Erin shines. She is incredibly adept at conducting research and utilizing data to drive strategic decision-making, and is able to masterfully unite academic theory with pragmatic application to provide organizations with recommendations driving transformational change. In addition, she is able to translate and communicate all this complexity in ways that are clear to all, helping them understand the “real-world” implementation of her research, analysis, and recommendations.
Her many tangible skills are equally matched by the important intangibles; she is kind, authentic, a strong team player, and engaging. I have found Erin to be incredibly helpful, wise, and guided by a strong sense of integrity and a commitment to client-service excellence.
Simply put, I would highly recommend Erin for any role.

She is a champion for local businesses and the arts, always striving to elevate the community she loves.
Her insight, dedication, and genuine support make her an incredible asset to any organization. Practical, Engaging, and Effective Instruction
Ms. McDonald was invited to share her experience and expertise on public speaking with my Leadership students. Part of their credit was to give a 3-5 minute speech and Ms. McDonald gave the students practical tips, a guided worksheet idea, shared personal experience and modeled steps for a successful speech. She was engaging and patient with the students and they all enjoyed the experience. Her impact was definitely seen when the students shared their speeches later in the semester.
